Super Smoothie

Here is a great way to start the day.  I make one of these for my husband each morning before work.

Super Smoothie:

8 oz. Bolthouse Farms fruit smoothie
1/2 cup homemade yogurt
1 heaping Tbsp brown rice protein
1/4 cup frozen fruit (I buy mine at Sam's Club)

Blend together in a blender or using a blender wand.  Enjoy.


For extra protein, add 1 pasteurized egg.  To do this, heat water in a glass in the microwave for 45 seconds.  Gently place the egg in the hot water and let sit for 45 seconds. This kills any bacteria.  Now, crack the egg into the smoothie and blend.
