Chocolate Lovers Hot Fudge

Cocoa powder is not technically in the diet. So we added it back in once my husband had been doing the strict SCD routine for a while. Personally, life needs a little chocolate now and then. Here is a super simple 5 ingredient Hot Fudge that can be used as a fruit dip, cupcake topper, or over ice cream. (For those doing non-dairy...omit the butter, but butter is technically lactose free)

Hot Fudge

1/2 cup honey
1 Tbsp softened butter
dash of salt
1 Tbsp pure vanilla extract
6 Tbsp cocoa powder

Mix all the ingredients together until blended. Enjoy. Refrigerate leftovers (if there are any:)
