Asian Style Grilled Chicken

This recipe is a tribute to my Korean grandma who passed away a few years ago.  It's been my passion to try and recreate some of her wonderful flavors.  Traditionally, I would use soy sauce in this recipe.  However, since SCD is soy-free, I tried to use other Asian spices bring out those flavors. 

Asian Style Grilled Chicken

2 boneless skinless chicken breasts cut into strips
3 Tbsp rice vinegar
3 Tbsp sesame oil
1 Tbsp minced garlic
1 tsp salt
1 Tbsp freshly ground ginger root
1/8 tsp Cayenne pepper
2 Tbsp honey

Place chicken strips in a zip lock bag.  Mix vinegar, oil, and spices together.  Pour over chicken in the bag and squeeze out all the air.  Let marinade in the fridge for 20 minutes to 24 hours depending on how far in advance you are making this.  Cook and the grill.
